By visiting, accessing, or executing queries on FlySimple, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our platform.

We do not sell tickets, issue boarding passes, manage hotel reservations, or hold passenger funds. When you select a deal, FlySimple routes you to the designated airline, hotel chain, or online travel agency (such as Expedia) to finalize your transaction.

Any ticket purchase, room reservation, or car hire agreement is made directly between you and the respective third-party provider. The provider's own terms, cancellation fees, baggage allowances, and conditions of carriage apply to your booking.

FlySimple is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, or performance of any travel services provided by third parties.

Flight and hotel prices are highly dynamic and update continuously based on seat availability. While FlySimple works to display real-time fares including mandatory taxes, prices shown on our site are indicative and may change before you complete checkout on the provider's site.

Currency conversions are provided for informational convenience using live interbank market rates. The final charge billed by your card issuer may vary depending on their foreign transaction fees.

Because FlySimple does not manage bookings or take customer payments, we cannot alter flight dates, cancel tickets, or issue refunds.

If your flight is cancelled, delayed, or requires date changes, you must contact the airline or booking agency named on your confirmation email directly.

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract price feeds.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or compromise server infrastructure.
• Conduct fraudulent search requests or impersonate others.
• Reverse-engineer or frame FlySimple components without written permission.

All trademarks, brand logos, code, and design assets displayed on FlySimple are the property of FlySimple Ltd or their respective airline and partner trademark owners.

FlySimple provides its search platform on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlySimple disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from flight delays, schedule changes, or third-party booking disputes.
