1. Overview & Commitment
FlySimple Ltd ('FlySimple', 'we', 'us', or 'our') operates the travel search and comparison metasearch platform. We provide unbiased price comparisons for flights, hotel stays, and car rentals.
Because FlySimple is a metasearch engine, we do not process ticket payments or store credit card details on our servers. When you choose a deal, you are seamlessly transferred to our certified travel partners (such as airlines, Expedia, and verified OTAs) who handle booking completion.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect data necessary to deliver fast, accurate search results:
- Search Query Parameters: Departure/arrival cities, travel dates, passenger counts, and preferred cabin class.
- Technical & Device Data: Approximate geographic region (derived from IP address for currency localization), browser type, and operating system.
- Inquiry & Communications: Name, email address, and message details when you voluntarily submit a support ticket or bespoke charter inquiry.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is processed strictly for the following purposes:
Querying airline and hotel inventory feeds based on your chosen route.
Displaying rates in your regional currency without manual setup.
Detecting broken search routes and speeding up site load times.
Responding directly to your bespoke travel and support requests.

We use cookies and analytical instrumentation (PostHog & Google Analytics) to monitor platform stability and understand user conversion funnels.

5. Affiliate Disclosure & Third Parties
FlySimple participates in affiliate partnerships with verified travel aggregators and inventory providers, including Expedia Group.
When you click on a deal card and complete a booking on a partner's website, we may receive a referral commission at no additional cost to you. This affiliate revenue allows us to provide our comparison service completely free with 0% markups.
Third-party tracking. When you click a booking link on FlySimple you may be redirected to Expedia or one of its brands (Hotels.com, Vrbo). Expedia Group’s affiliate network, operated by Partnerize, may set a first-party cookie on the Expedia domain that lasts for seven days. This cookie allows Expedia to attribute a booking you make within that window back to FlySimple so we can earn a commission. You can decline or clear this cookie in your browser at any time; doing so does not affect your ability to book on Expedia.
6. Data Retention & Security
We employ industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption across all network requests. Recent search cache data stored in your browser's local storage can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
We never sell, rent, or monetize your search history or personal data to third-party data brokers.
7. Your GDPR & Privacy Rights
Under international privacy regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to:
